How do I apply for a wholesale account?
Submit our application form along with verification of your business credentials. We review applications within 3-5 business days.

What is your minimum order?
We require a $200 opening order and $100 minimum on reorders. Larger minimums may apply to bulk mycelium or culture orders.

How fast do you ship?
Wholesale orders typically ship within 5–10 business days. Custom or large volume orders may require additional lead time. If your wholesale order is time sensitive, please contact us directly to make arrangements!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the perishable and lab-sensitive nature of our products, returns are limited to shipping errors or damaged goods. Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of receipt.

Can I resell your products online?
We allow resale with written approval. Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and similar platforms are prohibited.

Do you offer samples?
