Foraging Safaris

Our Foraging Safaris are intimate, guided experiences that take place on your land. Recommended for landowners with 30+ acres, these safaris invite you and your guests to step into the wild abundance of your property and see it through new eyes.

Alongside a professional forager and mycologist, you’ll learn to identify edible plants and mushrooms, explore their ecological roles, and harvest ingredients that will be transformed into a meal prepared on-site.

Each Safari ends around a shared table — a feast designed around what the land provides, paired with seasonal flavors and stories of the day. Every booking includes a GoPro video montage of your adventure to relive the experience & share with friends.
