We’ll guide you through each step, from preparing your substrate to setting up the ideal environment for your mushrooms to flourish.

This 90-minute session will provide you with everything you need to know to keep a thriving wine cap mushroom bed going in your garden for years. Wine Cap Mushrooms are a robust and earthy addition to your garden, ready to enhance your culinary creations.

This workshop is perfect for those with outdoor spaces, and no prior mushroom growing experience is required. They can be especially cool to add to the edges of your garden paths, and are large mushrooms with a wonderful potato-ish flavor that are a delight to enjoy throughout the year with your other garden harvests.

You’ll learn how to grow wine cap mushrooms in your garden and prepare/take home what you need to start growing wine caps. This is geared towards people with an outdoor garden, but can be adapted for bucket growing if your space is limited!
