We are delighted to announce our Gourmet Mushroom CSA boxes for August-October 2023! We’ve got a ton of incredible mushrooms growing that are sure to bring a multitude of flavors and textures to your kitchen. We’re offering monthly and biweekly options, available for pickup in downtown Howell, Michigan every other Friday and at our booth at the Brighton Farmers’ Market every other Saturday. Each box will be curated with our latest harvests (varieties will include oyster mushrooms, lions mane, chestnut mushrooms and an assortment of other culinary favorites) and will include a bundle of locally grown herbs (using organic growing practices of course!) and a recipe to give you some ideas on how to use that week’s harvest.
