You’ll need
A bag of precooked brown rice (or go here for instructions on preparing your own brown rice)
Some Rubbing alcohol or peroxide
Scissors
Paper Bandage Tape (here’s an example – there are many brands and you can find it near the bandaids at most grocery stores.)
