Shipping
The Mushroom Conservatory generally uses USPS to deliver your order unless other arrangements are made in advance. Orders typically ship within 4-7 days, however we do experience seasonal surges in orders that may extend that timeline by a few days. If you are on a deadline or trying to order something to arrive for an event, project or special occasion, please let us know and we will try to accommodate as best we can.
Returns & Exchanges
Perishable Policy: Due to the living nature of our kits and cultures we are unable to accept returns on any mushroom growing kits or cultures.
Damaged Items: If any items arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and send photos of the damage. We’ll work to replace the damaged items promptly.
Event Refunds & Transfers:
Tickets to our workshops are non-refundable. However, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another attendee. Please notify us at least 24 hours before the event so we can update our lists accordingly.

We share a wealth of knowledge, information, and hands-on skills in our workshops. While we can’t guarantee success due to the inherent variability of nature, we’re committed to your journey! We’ll do everything we can to help your mushrooms thrive, and we’re here to help troubleshoot if you run into issues. Please send photos and a description of the issue to grow@themushroomconservatory.com and we’ll go from there.
